Develop Your Emotional Intelligence

Building your EQ

Our Emotional Intelligence is the ability to manage our own emotions and sensitively respond to those of others. This course helps participants identify and develop EQ skills for use in their professional and personal lives.

Many of our professional and relationship skills are underpinned by our Emotional Intelligence: the ability to manage our own emotions and sensitively respond to those of others.

A high EQ will help us better manage our relationships and can have significant benefits in terms of building rapport with clients and colleagues, negotiation skills, managing a stressful environment, dealing with deadlines, managing change and functioning as a team player.

While some people do have natural strengths in terms of EQ, many of the key competencies can be learned and this course will help participants to identify and develop these skills for use in their professional and personal lives.
