Introductory public speaking skills

Designed for beginners and those who feel nervous about public speaking, this course will boost confidence and upgrade speaking skills, focussing on confident delivery, managing anxiety, understanding audiences and structuring a speech.

This introductory course explores building confidence, managing anxiety, basic speaking skills, speech structure and content, along with live practice and individual feedback.  The course will offer encouragement in a warm and supportive environment, while providing essential foundational knowledge.

Suitable for beginners and those with limited experience or lots of nerves.

SCHOLARSHIPS

We offer a small number of scholarships to those who would otherwise be unable to afford to attend.

Scholarship recipients pay a nominal fee of $35 toward catering and materials.
